Job Profile-

1.Be aware of our internal as well as global ESG requirements / targets/ goals.

2.Co-ordinate with all plants procurement team members to align with internal ESG targets and drive sustainability projects.

3.Set systems to evaluate Supplier ESG performance and complete the requirements of On-Boarding of suppliers and vendors based on set ESG criteria for registration.

4.Ensure all Productive and non-productive suppliers ESG assessment is carried out yearly.

5.Develop IT based tools to capture emissions data of suppliers and ESG audit / self-assessment as per BRSR core requirements

6.Develop procedures and guidelines for purchase team for ESG compliance

7.Be the focal point to drive “RACE TO ZERO” initiatives to reduce our scope 3 emission by working closing with all our major suppliers.

8.Develop a system to capture centralised data for BRSR requirements like; Common Waste/scrap material / Fuel codes to be created for usage across all plants to capture the details from SAP for BRSR report, Top Traders/Sale/Purchase data etc.

9.Conduct annual Supplier Meet on the ESG theme and recognised the best suppliers for their ESG performance based on set parameters.

10.Work closely with Central Safety and Sustainability Team to ensure all ESG related compliance are met.
