Job description
  • Lead the troubleshooting analysis, diagnose and bring the solution to customer or plan the action response, follow up and ensure customer satisfaction to avoid disruption at customer site
  • Lead Launch/implementation of new systems by learning new products, develop documentation
  • Register service requests and check entitlement as well as impact on customer
  • Service work order preparations for corrective actions (selecting skills, tools, parts needed to solve the issue)
  • Update and/or register customer and installed base information
  • Update knowledge base
  • Identify service sales leads and opportunities
  • Coach new comers and act as a referent in his/her field of expertise
  • Act as a strong technical pillar for sub/ cluster and participate to project
  • Contribute to service organization efficiency
Requirements
  • Bachelor/Master in Life Sciences (AS)with 5 + years of experience in microbiology environment
  • Solid technical background .
  • ERP tools
  • Having experience in Bacteriology
