Lead the troubleshooting analysis, diagnose and bring the solution to customer or plan the action response, follow up and ensure customer satisfaction to avoid disruption at customer site
Lead Launch/implementation of new systems by learning new products, develop documentation
Register service requests and check entitlement as well as impact on customer
Service work order preparations for corrective actions (selecting skills, tools, parts needed to solve the issue)
Update and/or register customer and installed base information
Update knowledge base
Identify service sales leads and opportunities
Coach new comers and act as a referent in his/her field of expertise
Act as a strong technical pillar for sub/ cluster and participate to project
Contribute to service organization efficiency
Requirements
Bachelor/Master in Life Sciences (AS)with 5 + years of experience in microbiology environment
