Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Having Good understand the Telecom OSS domain.

2. Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow (both ITSM & ITOM) in Telecom projects.

3. Develop policies, controls, risk frameworks, and other Telecom components within ServiceNow.

4. Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, reports, dashboards, business rules and email notifications.

5. Lead the configuration (CMDB) and customization of ServiceNow instances.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on application, infrastructure, and database architecture.

7. Familiarity with scripting technologies such as JavaScript, AngularJS, and Jelly.

8. Develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.

9. Work with Performance Analytics for Telecom metrics, reporting and cloud computing expertise.

10. Experience with LDAP/Active Directory/SSO integration, Web Service Integration (SOAP/REST).

11. Review existing setups and provide best practice recommendations.

12. Monitor the health, usage, and compliance of ServiceNow systems
