Roles and Responsibilities:

• 10+ years overall, 5+ years as ServiceNow Solution Architect and least 1 project using ServiceNow AI capability
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow AI and automation features.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, or App Engine).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
• One or more CIS certifications preferred (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, ITOM).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in or with sales, delivery, and proposal teams.
• Ability to provide integrated ServiceNow solution along with other technologies
