Job description

Ensuring fastest response to customer complaints through service franchisees/distributors.

  • In case of key customers or complex problems, personal visit to solve the problem.
  • Ensuring proper support to service franchisees/distributors through technical, commercial aspect. Ensuring proper ROI for service franchisees.
  • Conduct technical training programs for service providers as well as customers.
  • Achieve annual maintenance contract (amc) targets. Also ensure repairs cost during amc is withing budget.
Requirements

Good knowledge and experience of handling electro-mechanical equipments

  • Proactive, 3rd party management, good interpersonal skills, good patience and customer focussed.
  • Experience on electo-mechanical equipment repairs.

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION/TRAINING

  • B.E. (Mech/Elect/Mechatronics)
  • 4-5 Years
