Basic Knowledge of Sealant/coating Formulation and Application

• Laboratory experimentation - Plan & conduct day-to-day experimentation with repeatability and

reproducibility along with their testing w.r.t specification and systematic recording the data.

• Continuously evaluating alternate RMS and their acceptability in the product
• Ensure safety in the workplace, follow 5S and support Company’s quality drives like ISO

9000/14000/18000.

• Work closely with Technical Services for in-house trials as well as field trials.
• Demonstrate laboratory batches at Plant – Standardization and support to address plant issues.
• Support lab mates and work effectively as team member in R&D
