Conduct product trials along with Technical Service/BDM for Engineering adhesive segment ,understand key market gaps and requirement , top competitor activities and their portfolio, application trends, technical development by participating in market/customer visits, lectures, seminars and exhibitions and intellectual gatherings and benchmark the same.

Independently responsible for providing solutions to complex technical problems and delivery of research projects.
Planning and Execution of routine experimental work for product development, materials testing, product evaluation..
Delivering on time, first time right & in full the assigned innovation and cost-savings projects
Planning and Execution of routine experimental work for product development, materials testing, product evaluation.
Work efficiently with other R&D teams and external partners and suppliers for quality and speedy execution of the projects
Support scale up of new products in partnership with operations. Collaborates with analytical team for test methods required for Quality Control/Assurance.
Work collaboratively with Packaging, Product Specialist, Operation and Sourcing/Purchase for sustaining existing product portfolio
Cost saving projects: Lead and deliver on time & first-time right delivery of critical cost saving projects.
Organisation Activities
Always ensure smooth functioning of the assigned Labs - w.r.t lab equipment, infrastructure availability, etc.
Making test reports, keeping of laboratory records in physical and digital form.
Actively participate in the IRM process and lead all actions and make sure to complete on time.
Proactive in upgrading critical capabilities (including infrastructure) for timely delivery of projects. BOM and Recipe update for projects within the respective sub-verticals.
Maintains and order stocks of laboratory chemicals, raw materials, tools, substrates etc.
