• Manage the HiL test bench and end-to-end testing process (from request to final report).

Collaborate with system engineers to assess test requirements and suitability for HiL testing.

• Perform system testing, fault simulation, and communication validation
• Analyze logs, traces, identify issues and coordinate resolutions
• Participate in test reviews, release activities, and customer discussions
• Prepare test documentation and ensure traceability
• Own HiL test benches including commissioning, readiness, safety, and calibration
• Establish and maintain best practices for operational excellence
• Handle ad-hoc projects with adaptability and flexibility
• Actively involved in improving the test system
