Adapt Agile practices to AI specific delivery challenges such as experimentation cycles, model training iterations

and data dependencies and incorporate lessons learnt from AI and automation initiatives.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure requirements traceability, decision logs and change requests are maintained in alignment with Agile

governance processes.

• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and Scrum best practices
• Remove blockers and impediments, ensuring smooth sprint execution
• Work with Product Owners to manage and prioritize backlogs
• Track and report team velocity, burn-down/burn-up charts, and other key metrics
• Ensure adherence to Agile KPIs and Definition of Done (DoD)
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency
• Coordinate across multiple scrum teams when necessary
• Assist with release planning, cross-team dependencies, and integration timelines
• Help teams adopt agile project management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.
• Support the organization in Agile transformation or scaling initiatives and maintain the Agile artefacts and team

documentation are up to date and accessible.
