Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive project sales of adhesives, sealants, and expansion joint solutions in the construction segment.
  • Secure product specifications and approvals from architects, consultants, developers, and builders.
  • Expand presence in the fenestration industry, working with UPVC and aluminum door/window manufacturers.
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, project managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct technical presentations, product trials, and participate in industry exhibitions.
  • Oversee large-scale construction projects, ensuring smooth sales execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project-based sales within the construction and fenestration segments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of expansion joints, glass façades, UPVC & aluminum systems, and adhesives/sealants applications.
  • Ability to engage with architects, consultants, and developers for product approvals.
  • Experience managing large projects and working with specification-driven sales.
  • Candidates with experience selling accessories to builders will be preferred.
  • Educational background from reputed institutions is an advantage.
  • Fluent English communication is a must.

Specific skills/ Personal attributes:

  • Knowledge of Adhesives & Sealants and it's applications in the Construction, Automotive and industrial markets.
  • Experience with selling Sealants, Waterproofing Materials, UPVC doors, glass
  • Ability to manage sales in an entire State
  • Strong communication skills, high level interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Ability to thrive in a start-up mode
Requirements

Qualifications: Graduate/ MBA preferred

Experience- 8 to 12yrs of relevant experience

Required experience in Sealants, ACP, Façade, Glass or Glass Hardwares.

Customers handled- Retail, Channel Sales, Fabricators, and builders

Area Handled- Entire North India
