Job description

Monitoring the work permits and other activities in campus to ensure safe working.
To ensure employee & organizational development through best EHS practices
Plan, implement and execute safety on jobs sites, including personnel, equipment & materials.
Conducting safety committee meetings/Mockdrilss and reviewing / implementing the recommendations made.
To ensure, on daily basis that all operatives including subcontractors are working in a safe manner and complying with safety regulations.
Implementation of Management Safety Policies, Barricades, Sign boards, P.P.E., etc.
Compliance portal updating/ BRSR data updating in system.
To support the EHS manager day to day activities.
First aid and emergency proceedings.
Work equipment inspections.
Inspection of machines, lifting tools and other equipment to ensure the compliance and safe working.
Checking of firefighting and detection system to ensure the proper working.
Environmental compliances, waste disposal, water consumption monitoring.
Legal compliances related to environment/ MPCB.
Well known about ETP/STP & ZLD operations.
Good communication and soft skill ( MS – Office) knowledge.
Preparation of Monthly reports for EHS activities

Requirements

Education: Advance Diploma in Industrial safety, BSC Environment/ MSC / BE- Environment

Experience : 6-10
