Job description

Packaging DtV & Cost Optimization Execution

  • Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities in hygiene packaging materials.
  • Optimize PE/PP films, laminates, nonwoven packs, and cartons.
  • Support downgauging, layer optimization, and alternate material evaluation.
  • Deliver validated savings while maintaining pack integrity and brand quality.

Requirements

Education

B.Tech in Packaging Technology, Polymer, Mechanical, Chemical, or related engineering field.

Experience

  • 3–7 years in FMCG or hygiene packaging development.
  • Experience in packaging material optimization or cost reduction.
  • Exposure to flexible packaging and packing lines.
