Position Summary:
The primary focus of this role is to support the Commercial Excellence Team in carrying out the company’s Strategic and Profit plans with a key focus on delivering value to the customers in terms of Commercial Excellence, mainly related to Pricing.
Principal Activities (in order of importance):-
1)Definition of and implementation of P-EM (Pumps EMEA) Aftermarket List Prices according to value proposition
2)Implementation of P-EM AM Pricing Strategy and other P-E entities
3)Gate keeper for Pricing Approvals
4)Monitor, Analyze and Improve P-EM Pricing adherence in close corporation with regional sales directors
5)Sales consulting & gate keeping for customer Pricing Decisions (especially strategic customers)
6)Enforce P-EM pricing harmonization (especially Global key accounts)
7)The candidate will have to gain in-dept understanding of AM price levels in different markets and countries and closely collaborate with AM inside sales team (especially Rado) and all other P-EM entities in all managerial Levels.
