Develop and implement company employee handbook Kurkumbh unit.
Innovate and implement Employee Counselling Cetre at Kurkumbh Unit.
Uniformed Employee Engagement practices
Function as a point person for Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Industrial Trainings and Employee Onboarding

Requirements

Full-time MBA is mandatory, preferred from Tier 1/Tier2 Institute
1-3 years experience in HRBP
Experience in employee relations and industrial relations is a value add.
