Internal control to be reviewed and ensure the process discipline
Statutory Audit closer – Preparation of Various schedule and Variance analysis
Data preparation for Annual Tax audit
Annual Budget preparation
GST working knowledge to ensure day-to-day activities
Ensure statutory compliances of all systems, processes & accounting practices
Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support plant operations and business objectives.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide insights on plant performance.
Data Analysis, Cost savings, pricing, Capex Investment, Request & Reporting of deviation from the agreed parameters of approval etc
Identify areas for cost reduction and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve plant profitability.
Work closely with plant management, operations, and other functions to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Monthly PL forecast Vs Actual Deviation, Cost Saving tracking, Post Capitalization review.
Lead or participate in special projects, such as financial system implementations, process improvements, and business cases.
Preparation of Budget and forecasted statement for BU.
Preparation of monthly MIS for operation review with Management.
Quarterly Preparation of Contribution Analysis & Action plan for the Improvement.
Preparation of Financial Statements &Co-ordinating with statutory auditors.
Working Capital Management and Statutory Compliance.
Internal Audit & Internal Controls Development
Assisting top line in documentation & report functions for taxation.
Requirements
10 years of work experiance with CA or CMA Qualified
Multi plant location handling exposure. SAP and Excel proficiency
