Manager/Asst. Manager – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for driving the recruitment strategy, talent pipeline development, and hiring processes to support business growth across India. This role requires expertise in attracting, engaging, and onboarding top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key Responsibilities

❖ Talent Acquisition Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy aligned with business needs.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand workforce requirements.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.
  • Ensure employer branding initiatives to position GNO as an employer of choice.

❖ Recruitment & Selection

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across functions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and direct headhunting.
  • Manage the selection process, including resume screening, interviews, assessments, and final selection.
  • Ensure diversity and inclusion in hiring.

❖ Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to define job requirements.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, consultants, and job boards.
  • Provide recruitment insights and market intelligence to stakeholders.

❖ Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

  • Enhance the candidate experience through structured communication and engagement.
  • Promote the GNO employer brand through social media, campus hiring, and industry events.
  • Develop talent communities and pipelines for future hiring needs.

❖ Process Optimization & Compliance

  • Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best hiring practices.
  • Leverage recruitment tools (ATS, HRMS) for data-driven hiring decisions
Requirements

4+ years experience into manufacturing hiring.

Full Time master's degree in HR or equivalent is must to have
