Develop knowledge of maintenance of special-purpose machines like coater lines, Oven, Mixing machines, Printing machines, Punching machines

• Develop & improve maintenance systems
• Ensure the implementation of Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance
• Perform breakdown analysis & implement corrective action.
• Implement and improve safety features of all equipment meet EHs requirement.
• Ensure proper spare-part mapping, planning and maintenance.
• Practice and implement Relaibilty-based maintenance practices and continuous improvement processes (Kaizen)
• Review daily job priorities for maintenance
• Coordinate with Production team to improve uptime
• Permit management
