Candidate with experience and expertise in:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including

supplier agreements, customer contracts, and partnership

agreements, ensuring compliance with legal standards and

company policies

• General Corporate and transactional matters (e.g. Joint ventures,

collaborations, Arbitrations, MOUs, NDA etc

• Oversee the protection of the company’s intellectual property,

including trademarks, designs, patents and copyrights. Manage

filings, oppositions, and enforcement actions to safeguard the

company’s IP assets

• Handle all litigation matters, including managing external counsel,

preparing legal documents

• Regulatory Compliance, upstream and downstream contractual

compliance
