This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and delivering impactful training programs tailored to the needs of the organization. Be responsible for the quality and consistency of content of the training programs being delivered including upkeep and maintenance basis the changing business environment. Lead content design and development including curation of all forms of classroom and online programs, establishment of corresponding learning outcomes, and assessment tools to ensure training effectiveness
