Translate unconstrained demand into feasible and optimized supply plans using advanced planning tools (Blue Yonder), ensuring alignment with plant capacities and operational constraints.
Drive end-to-end supply planning across metal value chain including casting, rolling, finishing, and tolling operations.
Optimize asset utilization and throughput across cast houses, mills, and downstream lines while minimizing bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies.
Plan and manage casting campaigns to improve metal flow, enhance yield, reduce changeover losses, and align with customer delivery schedules.
Balance service levels, inventory, and working capital in line with make-to-stock (MTS) and make-to-order (MTO) strategies across product segments.
Conduct scenario planning and “what-if” simulations to assess the impact of changes in demand, capacity, inventory, and profitability.
Requirements
Experience in metals, aluminium, steel, or heavy manufacturing industry
Exposure to multi-plant supply planning environments
Familiarity with process manufacturing and continuous operations
