Job description

sales manager who will be managing the end-to-end process of establishing, after-sales support, sustaining, improving the Trailer axle business with year- on- year sales growth, improved profit margins, bringing in more new customers and thereby increasing the customer satisfaction index in order to expand in the domestic market of Trailer axle within the scope defined by the management and well within the guidelines of the organization.

Requirements

1.Confidently display a combination of strong sales, marketing management, technical and financial aptitude, with Mechanical Engineering degree

2. Progressively responsible experience within a similar product line

3. Broad involvement in sales and maintenance of OEM components.

4. Creatively drive success and exhibit ability to build stronger, repeatable sales processes and an understanding of a wide variety of customer relationships is demanded.

5. Proven navigation skills of how sales systems work - both internally and externally.

6. Enthusiastic style and eager to direct teams and also ability to work autonomously and with high levels of independent productivity.

7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral and must have executive level presence: commanding, compelling and successful.

8. Demonstrable history of profitable sales growth at previous organizations.
