Financial Leadership & Control

• Overall responsibility for Accounts, Finance, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Costing,

Commercial, and Audit for the business.

• Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, governance, and risk management

frameworks

• Oversee statutory, internal, tax, and other audits; liaise with auditors and advisors
• Ensure timely and accurate financial closing, MIS, and management reporting

Strategic & Business Partnering

• Act as a strategic partner to the leadership on business performance, profitability, and

growth

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and working capital optimization
• Support pricing strategy, margin improvement, and cost optimisation initiatives
• Provide financial insights to support commercial negotiations and key business

decisions.

Independent Business Management

• Within 12 months, transition to independently managing the financial and commercial

aspects of the business

• Serve as the primary finance and commercial authority for the business
