The primary responsibility of the Finance Manager will be to take care of the Payroll related activities, complying with the statutory & labour related laws & handle the Accounts Payable as well.
Requirements
Overall responsibility for the preparation of all payroll activities including payroll processing, TDS/ESIC/PT returns.
Assist in month end activities including estimation of payroll related accruals
Handling Internal and External Audits on Payroll process and system
Responsible for year-end activities involving Income tax proof collections, data cleansing, Issue of Form 16 and filing of Annual and Quarterly Payroll IT returns.
