Job description
  • Process documentation (PFD, PFMEA, SWI i. e. Control Plan) for Machining and Assembly
  • Fixture & Tools validation and calibration
  • Error proofing (Poka Yoke) design and implementation and calibration
  • Budgeting, monitoring and controlling Consumable tool and Non-durable tool
  • Following the system and achieve department KPI as per Manufacturing procedure
  • Responsible for coordinating continuous improvement process and activities
  • Process finalization for Machining and Assembly
  • Capex preparation for new project
  • Ordering, procuring and installation of facilities as per process design
  • Documentation as per APQP & PPAP process
  • Audit documentation for IATF 16949 & customer audits
Requirements
  • Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
  • Diploma 10-12 years & BE 8-10 of experience in automobile parts manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge in CNC & VMC Machining process
  • Knowledge in Assembly process on automotive application
  • Knowledge on Quality management system IATF 16949
  • Must possess good written & verbal communication skills in English.
  • Must be Computer Literate and working knowledge required in MS office and Auto CAD.
