1) Reviewing and assessing customer inquiries and their accompanying technical drawings to gain a comprehensive understanding of the project requirements, then updating the information in the ERP system and forwarding it to the Design department for discussing further action.

2) Managing and nurturing client relationships for domestic as well as export client from the initial inquiry stage till product dispatch, including coordinating and developing customer service support.

3) Clarification of technical and commercial issues with other internal functions.
