Prepare an estimate of planned vs. actual cost, and compile Cost Estimate at Completion (EAC) reports for cost review meetings with the Steering Committee and management.
Supervise the billing staff to ensure accuracy & efficiency in the preparation of Customer Invoices.
Ensure that payments received from the customers are allocated properly and within the time frame as defined in the contract.
Risk assessment: Ensuring that all the project risks are fully identified, assessed, managed, and regularly re-assessed for any new risks.
Reviewing and discussing the Project Health & Cash Flows with the Project Manager.
