To work on strategies for savings and improving cash flow though longer payment terms and reducing supplier lead-times and ensuring quality through implementing systems and Defect Free for better development, quality, and procurement in line with project targets across all commodities.
Ensure that all procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Steering capital expenditures (CAPEX) and professional services entailing preparation of strategies, risk assessments, governance guidelines and policies, tendering, contract preparation, procurement Monitor overall regional supplier viability including financial, business, and operational performance.
Exposure in identifying & developing vendor source for achieving cost effective purchases of raw materials and outsourcing requirements.
Ensure robust Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) across all procurement activities, maintaining transparency, risk control, and regulatory adherence.
To take appropriate actions in conjunction with the Supply Base Management group if risk is identified. Be anticipative and maintain a broad view of risks and opportunities.
Drive sustainable sourcing practices by ensuring suppliers adhere to environmental, social, and ethical standards, promoting responsible procurement across the supply chain.
