Job description

Individual will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and technical advancements within the South region. Will be responsible for achieving annual sales and business nomination targets, handling project sales fostering strong relationships with key customers, end user and OEMs, and leading technical discussions to drive product specifications. A significant aspect of the role will involve new business development in the automotive and industrial sectors. Additionally, will contribute to product development initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Preferably having domain in Energy market.

Account Management:

  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and prepare detailed sales plans.
  • Management of Receivables – ensure collections as per the credit policy, maintain quality of receivables.
  • Negotiate and secure timely price increases from customers, aligning with market dynamics and company objectives.
  • Maintain project management activities in the CRM system.
  • Maintain timely reporting of week/month activities and keep an update of projects in CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Proactively address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements

B.E/M.E. Tech in Mechanical / Plastic Engineering + MBA (optional)

8-10 Years
