Job description

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader with over 20 years of comprehensive experience across the full

spectrum of Human Resources. This role will drive the HR strategy across multiple entities and

locations, support business growth, and play a critical role in mergers & acquisitions from an HR

perspective, including due diligence and post-merger integration. The ideal candidate will combine

strategic vision with strong execution capabilities in a complex, multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and drive the overall HR strategy aligned with business goals across all entities
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning,

and transformation initiatives

  • Lead HR transformation to enhance organizational effectiveness and scalability

End-to-End HR Management

  • Oversee the complete HR lifecycle including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance

management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement

  • Ensure robust, scalable, and process-driven HR systems across all locations

Multi-Entity & Multi-Location Management

  • Manage HR operations across multiple companies and geographies
  • Harmonize HR policies and frameworks while addressing local regulatory and business

requirements

Leadership Hiring & Talent Management

  • Drive leadership hiring and build a strong succession pipeline for critical roles
  • Identify high-potential talent and implement structured development and retention strategies
  • Lead succession planning and leadership development initiatives

Culture & Organizational Development

  • Build and sustain a seamless, process-oriented, and high-performance culture across entities
  • Drive employee engagement, organizational alignment, and change management initiatives

Mergers & Acquisitions (HR Perspective)

  • Lead HR due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments
  • Assess organizational structures, talent quality, compensation frameworks, and cultural

alignment during transactions

  • Identify HR risks, liabilities, and integration challenges
  • Drive post-merger integration including organization design, talent retention, policy

harmonization, and culture integration

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders& business heads
  • Influence key decisions through data-driven insights, HR analytics, and strong business

acumen

Compliance & Labour Laws

  • Ensure full compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations across

locations .

  • Oversee audits, regulatory filings, and compliance frameworks across entities
  • Drive risk mitigation and governance mechanisms to ensure adherence to legal requirements
Requirements

MBA / Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.

20+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5–8 years in a leadership role

  • Strong exposure to multi-location and multi-entity environments
