Job description

Order Entry into the MRP/CRM System
Customer Communication on the Order status & other related communications
Interactions with Sales Team on the orders / sales / dispatch plan, etc.
Interactions with Customers on the orders
Dispatch Planning & Scheduling
Interaction with Production and Supply Chain for material readiness and ensuring Dispatch of parts on time
Coordination with other departments like Accounts, Logistics, Stores, Projects / Production / Supply Chain towards customer orders
Responsibilities include collection of Payment from customers using the channels developed during the regular interactions
On-time Planning, Scheduling, Material Dispatch & customer communications
Review pending orders on a weekly basis

Requirements

Qualifications: Education & Experience

Any qualification; Engineering background preferred
Process knowledge of Sales, CRM, and Supply Chain processes
At least 5 years’ experience in CRM, with exposure to Supply Chain operations preferred
MS Office tools like MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint, Emails, and ERP Systems

Skills & Competencies

Good Communication Skills
Focused attention to Customer requirements
Effective time management
Technology & results orientation
Understanding of Supply Chain logistics and coordination
