Job description
  • Work hand-in-hand with various teams to provide assistance to achieve Safety

Improvement plans objectives.

  • Foster positive safety culture in compliance with the Group’s core values and its ethical

principles.

  • Report safety incidents in SAFE with proper RCA discussed with site team.
  • Staff Training regarding basic safety practices during site visit/training.
  • Support, Drive & execute Safety improvement plan
  • Develop Health & Safety Management System plans for organization
  • Assists with the implementation, maintenance, and updates of all HSE programs,

policies, and procedure.

  • Communicate the safety communications like safety alerts, quick shares with all sites

and verify the same during site observation.

  • To prepare annual HSE action plan for the region by considering the gaps emerging out

of audits & inspections.

  • Facilitate internal & External HSE training, awareness programs & knowledge transfer.
  • Conducting safety committee meetings for offices.
  • Influence others to promote proactive work place Health, Environment & safety

management system.

  • Maintain database for HSE systems
  • Conduct safety inspections for offices
  • Develop presentations for various meetings and events
  • Plan and conduct campaigns for the organization
  • Ensure safety systems compliance in all office buildings
  • Coordinate and prepare budget activities
  • Prepare training modules for various HSE topics
Requirements
  • Coordination with plants and field services for HSE related activities.
  • Establish relevant documentation and maintain records as per HSE needs.
  • Ensure that safety standards are maintained and continually seek ways to improve

safety standards.

  • Build and maintain a good quality database using the available resources for all HSE

team members, accountabilities and make available as & when required

  • Ensure accident and near-miss reporting procedures are understood and complied with,

and assist with accident investigations where appropriate.

  • Conduct training and HSE promotion activities for the organization.
  • Schedule Work Safety Certification and Induction for new joins.
  • Coordinate with Ops Team Managers for HSE campaign rollouts, evaluation and

tracking.

  • Support Deployment & implementation of Company HSE campaign for safety

improvement.

  • Develop and maintain a strong rapport with employees at all levels
  • Coordinate with all sites and teams for sustainability inputs
  • Planning & conducting HSE campaigns
  • Maintain all safety records, records & certificates as required
