- Coordination with plants and field services for HSE related activities.
- Establish relevant documentation and maintain records as per HSE needs.
- Ensure that safety standards are maintained and continually seek ways to improve
safety standards.
- Build and maintain a good quality database using the available resources for all HSE
team members, accountabilities and make available as & when required
- Ensure accident and near-miss reporting procedures are understood and complied with,
and assist with accident investigations where appropriate.
- Conduct training and HSE promotion activities for the organization.
- Schedule Work Safety Certification and Induction for new joins.
- Coordinate with Ops Team Managers for HSE campaign rollouts, evaluation and
tracking.
- Support Deployment & implementation of Company HSE campaign for safety
improvement.
- Develop and maintain a strong rapport with employees at all levels
- Coordinate with all sites and teams for sustainability inputs
- Planning & conducting HSE campaigns
- Maintain all safety records, records & certificates as required
