Job description
  • Establish standards for Business Excellence Audit Systems
  • Conduct internal reviews/audits to ensure adherence across all Units/locations
  • Analysis data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Help build a data based problem-solving & decision-making culture
  • Train & support various teams on quality improvement process
  • Assist preparation of quality manual, supplier manual, departmental procedures, work instructions and develop formats
  • Prepares and submits weekly/monthly reports, prepares metrics and trends data to identify & prioritize continuous improvement opportunities
Requirements
  • BTECH, Mechanical – 15 plus Years
  • Working knowledge of Power BI & other tools for data analysis
  • Experience in using various quality tools - GD & T, QC tools, VDA 6.3,
  • Strong working knowledge of SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP, APQP
  • Good understanding casting, case housing, Material science (Steel)
  • Excellent spoken and Written English skills & interpersonal skills
